To register, please download and fill out the registration form. Be sure to mark all the activities you want to attend. Tally the total cost and submit payment by mail or fax. Registration and payment must be received one week prior to each event, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds will be issued after this date and a full price cancellation fee will be charged. A confirmation letter with full information will be sent following registration. |
